Programs

The right amount of support for the right athlete.

FORGE programming is built around assessment, individual needs, athlete maturity and the level of accountability required to keep development moving.

14+ Development

Individual support. One connected plan.

Ages 14+: individualized pitching, arm care, physical development, movement, video and progress tracking.

Structured weekly coaching

1X

One coached semi-private pitching session per week for an athlete who needs a clear development plan with one coached FORGE touchpoint.

  • Individualized programming
  • Tracker/dashboard
  • Arm care and physical development programming
  • Assessments, retests and periodic video review

Core FORGE development experience

2X

Two coached semi-private pitching sessions per week for athletes ready for a stronger in-person development rhythm.

  • Individualized pitching development
  • Tracker/dashboard
  • Arm care and physical development programming
  • Assessments, retests and video review

Coaching plus feedback loop

3X

Two coached semi-private pitching sessions per week plus one independent assigned drill-work session with Weekly Drill Review.

  • Up to two short clips from one assigned independent drill session
  • Approximately 1–2 minutes of coach video feedback
  • Monthly parent + athlete review
  • Priority access to available private lesson slots

Weekly Drill Review

In the 3X option, an athlete submits up to two short clips from one assigned independent drill-work session, such as plyo work, mound drill work, plyo-wall work or other assigned FORGE drill work. Coach feedback covers what looks good, what needs adjustment and one or two focus points for the next session.

Coached session → independent execution → coach feedback → correction → next coached session

Youth Development

Build the foundation first.

For approximately ages 10–13, the priority is movement quality, coordination, pitching skill, arm care, athleticism, confidence, competition, fastball/changeup development, healthy habits and learning how to practice.

  • Age-appropriate pitching instruction
  • Healthy pitching habits and arm care
  • Athletic movement, coordination and confidence
  • Competition with healthy development ahead of velocity

Year-round

Built to last.

The offseason builds it. In-season protects it. FORGE athletes continue into in-season support starting in April, with a plan built around their games, role and other sports, so what they build over the winter carries into the season.

Private Pitching

Focused instruction.

30-minute and 60-minute private pitching instruction is available for specific pitching needs. Joint lessons may be available for two compatible athletes.

A lesson is focused instruction for a specific need — not the complete FORGE development system.
